when it comes to DOP(digital media operations) , work culture is good, if you are good at your given task/target no one touch you means 100% job security,

Dislikes

Better to work for 1 yr only, because salary is very poor pathetic, and appraisal is 5-12% only it doesn't matter how much good ur performance was, and no one guide you to grow or develop your skill, you should only find the way where you want to grow. Overall to take your first foot towards MNC its good
