I like the job security ,wipro tries to fulfill the employee satisfaction criteria the most.

Dislikes

Appraisals,due to which we need to face many attiritions,FLM which needs to be cleared to move to next level due which many talented people who have capability of moving to next level are not getting there bands even they are having more tenurity with capability.
