Wipro is a place to work with full freedom. You have the authority to execute anything that you intend will benefit either one of these- Customer, Organisation or Employees. You have the liberty to learn any new technologies and switch your profile at any point in time and you will be supported well to grow as per your aspirations.

Dislikes

Though you get good opportunities to learn and grow, I felt the Compensation and benefits are not par with the industry standards. No focus shown on the parity correction to match the Salary to the industry standards for an old timer. At times I felt the processes are too cumbersome that it doesn't add value to the clients though it takes a huge time to follow the same.

Work Details

I had spent around 15 years for the first 13 Years the job was really interesting. However in the last 2 years it became so boring that we were expected to do work which wasnt adding value to the clients.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)
