Good Work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company polices are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Worked in the furniture division and the management was very poor. No support to sales team, vendor based production, late deliveries are real pain for sales people. Higher management doesn't know what they r doing. Local Managers are thr worst.

From a customer care executives' view point the way we think about Wipro from outside, it is not actually in real life until one gets hands-on experience in their domain. Employees are seldom treated inhumanely by the seniors, especially supervisor. Regardless of the matter, to treat employees like a slave, this company has now turned into the one in particular having no salary hike from the paleolithic age and offers employees nuggets of wisdom instead!
