Top level peoples are working for 30/40 years in Wipro infrastructure. Their opinion matters & the opponent inputs are skipped. Manpower fluctuations in shop floor. No proper compensation for operators. Salary structure based on levels is not fixed Difference will vary from 10% - 50%
