Language barrier . Except HR's & engineers no one speak language other than Tamil.

Being world's second largest independent hydraulic cylinder manufacturing company with 35,000 cylinders produced monthly and gets gigantic profit close to 45-50 Cr monthly. Not even GET's, Engineers, AGM,Employees,GM all are paid low.
