Stable job, company gives ample opportunity to prove your worth and they don’t kick you out. Job at Godrej Interio is competitive but sedentary and slow paced, so a person who’s age is between 30-32 can continue to grow here as a deputy manager to zonal head with great salary and benefits.

Dislikes

Work culture at Godrej Interio is not good and the working is not modernised for new generation, they use old tech for billing and other presentation purposes, not much access to other software’s other than Microsoft tools. Not good for people with growing mindset, specially as a hardcore engineer who have been shifted to B2B sales sector.

Good part is that you'll learn a lot, will be exposed to work outside your comfort zone. Also, job security is there in Godrej, they never fire you unless you do something unethical.

Dislikes

Low salary. 0 work life balance unless you are in a department where there is less work. All saturdays are working. If you work 8-9 hours as per office timings and go home, they think as if you're taking a half day. Horrible work culture with lots of negativity and toxicity. You would be treated like a labour.

There is no concept of work life balance as you will have to do overtime everyday, work on Saturdays, your boss has too much power and you have to take permission for every little thing to get approved and it's a rather lengthy process.

If you're joining internal services then you won't have a future there. Godrej will terminate you after one year without any reason. Lot of politics involved in the company.
