If you are a part of project execution team, testing and commissionig team or any other team related to site works; you will end up staying late at work (beyond the work hours without any OverTime Compensation). You will even need to work on Sundays if the project demands so. As a GET, many times you will feel to leave the job, your perseverance will be tested badly. You may feel that you don't have time for yourself, your family, your friends and relatives; and your personal and social life will suffer.
