Work type hardly changed as far as you are working for project. No clear vision and policy for carrier growth.

Complete lack of leadership. HR rarely addresses any issues. Unapproachable and unreachable. Paywise , it's an offense if you stay longer. once you are out of a project you will be treated like cattle, no matter what your experience is

Full of politics.. attendance system is worse. They have conference rooms outside odc. If we attend any meeting the time will be deducted from working hours
