Likes

Good leadership who helps in career growth. Transparent salary structure without unnecessary deductions. Good work life balance and culture. Lots of team lunches, 1-2 day outings and team building activities.

Dislikes

Innovation is encouraged but hardly implemented. Resistant to changes and late in adopting cutting edge technologies. Best practices are not followed at times due to time constraints.

Work Details

Most projects use legacy technologies to some extent. There are few projects that running on cutting edge technologies where work is really interesting. Most of the skills that you develop here are transferrable.
