TL is supportive manages all the work also if any engineer is facing some issue whether it may be professional or personal issue .

Dislikes

During your starting days you will get the support you want in any issue you are facing during work but after few months you won't get the support you may expect from them. TA Claim also are not getting in time.

The work and exposure to technologies and Learning is quite good if one wants to learn and explore the future options.

No exposure or visibility if employee is not very social but good in work, nill appreciation. Nil appraisals. Bringing the salary stack lower and lower every going year High position without any increment. No help or support from manager if you find out a good opportunity and want to leave project they will in all possible way to stop you from moving in ohter projects. 1) You can learn many things in a project according to your capability and if manager allows you. 2) Management will push you time to time to complete some trainings.

I've seen Wipro Before Covid and After Covid. Things have changed. They are more money minded now. Brought employees from outside hence old timers left. Created GBL model hence not all the top performers in Account are being penalized by Consulting streams.
