I dislike everything about this company, starting with HR, very terrible person and 3 main senior people from development department very cunning people, they smile in front and be complaining behind our back. As soon as you join they'll send one person who will try to be your friend and get close to you and once you tell your secret he'll be reporting all that to HR, and this guy acts as if he is a god, and he so proud of doing such low level things, and they start torturing you every day. These managers don't have any work all they do is talk talk and talk about others and their personal things. All these managers are all same, don't believe that you're going to get any justice, they'll always be partial in decision. And there's no job security here, they say you can do any work, if you don't wanna do certain work tell us, and when you tell them. They'll prepare themselves to terminate you from the company, and there's no career growth in this company, they openly tell you that they won't give improvement in your career.... There are many people who leave the work all of a sudden, truth is they don't leave, these managers force them to leave. very terrible place to work. They make such a big deal of one small mistakes, they act as if the company is under big loss just coz of your 1 mistake, and thn they start to torture you until you resign. And these softwares are office softwares, not customer software so no logic why they be so hyper with one small mistakes. Bottom line is that they like to torture people mentally, these are mentally unstable people. And they act so nice infront of you, blaming others and trying to nice guys. These seniors and managers and HR are one of the most fake people i have ever seen in my life. Don't even consider joining such terrible place. Poisonous environment and fake people better to stay away from this. And lucnh break is only half an hour and less salary and they make you work alot....Read More
