Worst company.. the culture is very bad especially in RIB unit. So called managers dont know ethics and how to treat the team mates. Managers sit near the office entrance to see when the team mates are coming to the office when they are going back home. Manager are so incompetent that they dont even know basic things in IT. There is no skill development in this organisation, they don't give opportunity to the employees to excel their caliber. They dont care about your time and work-life balance. The management gives unachievable project estimations, ETAs and dealines which can never be met. That's why the person has to work under pressure everyday. No proper use of tools.
