Great suporting asm (manash Handa sir),NSM (Anil Sharma sir),RSM (Dipankar Dasgupta sir.all are suporting , product is very good,bt CTC is smal .

It's a wonderful experience to being a employee of Win Medicare but working in nutrition division from the inception not getting such rewards.

Dislikes

Need to think about those people who are contributing about their package ,It's not there fault who were work in a low package and they have to suffer for that.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
