Good environment and culture. Teammates are supportive.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesnot address our issues. Salary structure is very bad and no career growth. No job security. On the job training is not given to the new joinees.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
