Very unprofessional without any top management taking care of the company.

There was no management level employee to take care of staff welfare, grievance redressal, office management, etc. I was expected to take care of the whole company within 2 months of joining. I might be good at work but it is impossible for a 2 months old employee to take care of whole company and held responsible for any mismanagement. Work Details

It was really unprofessional on the management part. Without any HR Manager, Accountant and any supporting staff, all the responsibility was dumped on the recently joined employees who didn't even have 2 months experience.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
