I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

Almost nothing. Sad but true.

Dislikes

You will boss culture, almost no rule as a MNC. Come office before boss comes and go back after boss has left. Stay in office even if there is less work. Double standards are in practice. No platform to raise your concern when you in the company to higher authorities and people on higher authorities act like they do not know anything what is happening below levels.
