Work culture and environment are the key motivational factors for every employee to stick with a company. Wildnet is one of those good culture companies who wants their employees to grow. WT appreciates certification enrollment of employees to grow in their field and even offer financial benefits on completion of certifications.

Dislikes

I don't think that all employees like the same organization but I cannot find a reason to leave WT.

I develop mobile apps for international clients

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
