The concept of Bounce was great, the idea was innovative. I enjoyed working as there were new challenges to face everyday. The journey of Achieving the goal From 100 bikes to 22k bikes and from 1k to 1L Rides was great.

Dislikes

Enjoyed working at Bounce but there was always a doubt in min about the job security as company policies changed frequently. And there was no hand holding between the Tech and the people working on ground. Tech always convinced the management that everything was going great but on the ground it was not the case.

Generally speaking, handling operations with a team of 50 plus executives to increase the Rides for the company by acheving Tasks, maintain stock, Create demand zones, fix problem found in the bike on the spot. Work on data and check the quality of task.

The more time I spent at the lake, the more enjoyed being there. I didn't feel any kind of regression during that time; in fact, it was a fantastic experience. It was a great journey commuting from there, and I had the opportunity to be a part of a remarkable organization called 'Diggnation,' which believe is the biggest in its field.
