There is no job security they can remove anytime if we are on roll aslo and u can't ask anymore because of politics in management

Before COVID there are good but now they keep filtering everyone without doing mistake if u crossed 1year they have to give salary hike so that they will filter and remove

In covid-19 time company is not supporting employees correct removing employees from job and paying less salary. There are lots of people who are not working still gets payed bcoz of politics to keep them in job. Management is worst
