Overall a very average indianized experience unlike the company origins. There was automatic skill development as we had too much on our plate and had to do everything possible..jack of all trades and master of none..there was no long term focus.

Dislikes

Work Pressure was high with sorting out immediate issues and loosing focus of the future. No work life balance for a person not staying close to the office in gurgaon as work hours were erratic. Led to both physical and mental stress.
