It's and Indian company better than any international company, pay scale is better than most companies.. Team leaders are supportive and managers too. They provide better opportunities to women's who wants to work from home. There incentive criteria is too good.

Dislikes

There is only one cons that is in whitehat work pressure is too much high.

I like the work environment team leader my TL shivangi, nikhil, abhirup and all co colleagues were so supportive and helpful for each other.

I started at the beginning of the firm where it was just started and i was the 45 employee I start with slot booking agent than got opportunity to work as affiliate agent than we were transferred to backend process for emails but than journey went downwards where again i was told to take calls hire teachers in PR team which is phonerecruitment that too was ok for me but later on due pandemic the situation got little worse that parents were not enrolling kids for the paid classes than our process got shut down than instead of keeping us at the same level the management have transferred to the team where i have started my journey which was not at all accepted so i had to resign because of the pressure given by my last TL from student outbound team....Read More

The thing I like about WhiteHat Jr. is only that the salary comes in time.

Dislikes

In WhiteHat, there is no job security, and no work-life balance. They keep changing daily shift timing without any prior communication. And work pressure is also intolerable. I was hired as a concierge executive but in the span of 7 months I was keep transferring in almost 7-8 departments. No job security at all.. taking undue advantage of Covid-19 situation.. the work culture is not at all good.. would rate 0 out of 10..

I would never recommend anyone to join whitehat jr.. as because of the company my profile has gone completely unstable and under the name of growth of whitehat jr.. the managers and the TL's do not think about their executive.. They dont have any manners to talk with the executive.. making us work during the workoff as well and asking us to do 12-15 hours of work which completely hampered on my health.. under the name of achieving targets.. we are been given a warings that if we do not work on the work off also.. we would initiate a termination letter and ask to leave policy.. and without asking the TL's used to send the data of OT that this particular executive has agreed to strech the login hours for additional 4 hours.. Work-life balance is pathetic. You have to slog more than 10 hours a day apart from the trainings that take place post shift. The managers are not responsive & they take you for granted. You get a warning letter for even the smallest of mistake.
