Its one the worst company to work with , i was hired as a team leader but first they asked close to 2000 employees to either leave or apply for BYJU without any information or proper information and then after 3 weeks put people in sales who have never done sales be it an agent , Tl's or DIT. And sales target are given within 3 days and people are put on warning from 4th day of calling itself and within 2 weeks you are out of the system. It was a horrible experience and i will recommend be it any1 agent level , TL level or at DIT level don't join this rubbish company. Job security , proper communication , no-one is there to help but to add more problems and pressure and not at a employee centric company. Horrible

Asking and forcing to people to work on there weekoff , even if some one family member is not well management thinks they are making excuses and they want these people to work or else put them on warning.
