NIL, I was asked to leave this esteemed organisation during my OJT . The HR’s clearly hadn’t mentioned anything about clearing the OJT Floor targets which have to be met . I was here for a mere 20-23 days and when I was not able to meet my targets, I was asked to leave . And In all their presentations and their training’s , all these people will show is how much money that these employees made as incentives . Which is true, cos most of them Made this during the Covid time when the schools weren’t functioning and they used this as an option and sold their products . I had to face 4-5 rounds of interview just to crack it and then to be thrown out at OJT-2 floor targets . Please don’t ruin your lives for this job. Half the customer base that you get will be those living below the poverty line and these guys ask you to convince them to take loans to fund them. The leads you get at nothing but the candidates who take free trial classes. And pretty soon I am Sure that this organisation is on the verge of bankruptcy and will shut down soon, especially after byjus take over....Read More
