I have had an amazing experience while working in Whitehat jr. It has good work environment, teammates are very supportive and management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they have good salary hike and bonus every year.

Work Details

The job very intresting, I struggled a bit in the beginning, but later i learnt everything on the job. And I got incentives more then my stipend, even recognition for every week.

Toxic work environment, no employee care , no job security, poor leads , employees are asked to call the same person again and again until the frustrated customer blocks the number and still they don't stop calling or irritating the customer. Wrong leads, there leads are from some source and not the customer itself.

Whitehat Jr has provided me with a great opportunity to push myself to accelerate productivity. I learnt a lot of things working here, by far the most important would be to meet targets and deadlines. It really pushed to give my best. I work as a Sales Intern, wherein I've to engage the customer with the quality of the product and se rvices which we provide. As I fresher, I would obviously have a lot of complaints, but that being said, a company like Whitehat jr is providing me with an opportunity to live upto my potentials is something which comes above all of that. It becomes my responsibility to never let anyone who trust me down.

If you are working company will pay you good amount ,that will help you to support your family, fulfills your requirments etc . It is good for career growth.

whitehat jr is good company but there is no job security they can fire you anytime . in small small mistakes they give you waring letters and after that tearmmates you .working with whitehat jr effects your personal life very badly.

There is no shift timing they will leave you when you work in done .shift timing is 10-7 but they make you sit till 9pm.
