I was hired for Recruitment and then suddenly put into sales to do slot booking and they promised that we will be back in a month and every meeting there was a new excuse , we were being harassed mentally and our complains were ignored , later on they shifted us permanently to do slot booking . There was a reason that I signed up for HR , to grow and have experience. They told us to be flexible and indeed we very much were , but flexibility doesn’t mean making someone do donkey work and changing their department without their consent ....Read More
