Plz reduce the upper management cost, Agent level people works very well and hard. please do necessary lays off in directors and VP level they are the biggest cost to the company. After the acquisition of Byju the company and the employees are under invisible threat. Policies and the company management behaviour are not at all aligned the policy states total the opposite of the management behaviour. unclear vision. dissatisfied employee. unhappy customers company with lot of debt and over funding. Unmanaged and resources. Here is the best thing is the work culture is excellent. More over from executive level to director level works togather here like a family. Which is according to me is excellent. Hope management like this should be there in every organisation.
