I love my job,it helped me to play a role (teacher)which I thought I can never do.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Likes

It gives us the liberty to work according to our feasibility of time. We can take classes whenever we are available and we can take leaves as well on our own. The best thing any company could provide is feasible work hours which we get here.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Timings are said to be flexible and the policies keenon changing regarding leaves. I liked in the beginning but now its becoming barbaric

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as the timings I chose were odd. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

WhiteHat Jr is a genuine platform to work from home and also have flexible hours which makes the job comfortable. Other teachers are really supportive and helpful.

The beginning was a little confusing for me but they guided me really well. Now I am more comfortable on the platform.

I have started working with them but the platform is not only beneficial for the learners or Students but I believe as a teacher I myself is learning a lot which is the best thing about the platform

I started working in September. Till now the experience has been really good as I can work with the comfort of my home. Moreover, the flexible timings are the cherry on top. The Management is very supportive and motivating.
