Apart from the HR/ER department everything is absolutely fine.

Whenever the employees get rewarded with a token of appreciation they never get the same on time and when they raise the issue with HR they says that the relevant point of contact is on a leave. why should employees suffer if someone is on a leave for their personal reasons

Here is the best thing is the work culture is excellent. More over from executive level to director level works togather here like a family. Which is according to me is excellent. Hope management like this should be there in every organisation.
