The thing I like about WhiteHat Jr. is only that the salary comes in time.

Dislikes

In WhiteHat, there is no job security, and no work-life balance. They keep changing daily shift timing without any prior communication. And work pressure is also intolerable. I was hired as a concierge executive but in the span of 7 months I was keep transferring in almost 7-8 departments. Almost everyday there was a training scheduled, but that training has to attend before or after shift. Salary is just to attract the candidate but the work life is very hectic....Read More

No job security at all.. taking undue advantage of Covid-19 situation.. the work culture is not at all good.. would rate 0 out of 10..

I would never recommend anyone to join whitehat jr.. as because of the company my profile has gone completely unstable and under the name of growth of whitehat jr.. the managers and the TL's do not think about their executive.. They dont have any manners to talk with the executive.. making us work during the workoff as well and asking us to do 12-15 hours of work which completely hampered on my health.. under the name of achieving targets.. we are been given a warings that if we do not work on the work off also.. we would initiate a termination letter and ask to leave policy.. and without asking the TL's used to send the data of OT that this particular executive has agreed to strech the login hours for additional 4 hours.. WHITEHAT JR IS THE WORST COMPANY...Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
