It's and Indian company better than any international company, pay scale is better than most companies.. Team leaders are supportive and managers too. They provide better opportunities to women's who wants to work from home. There incentive criteria is too good.

Dislikes

There is only one cons that is in whitehat work pressure is too much high.

This is my first job... And being a fresher I really like this job because all the team members along with the team leaders help me alot. They all support me in my negatives and always motivate me.

The thing I like about WhiteHat Jr. is only that the salary comes in time.

Dislikes

In WhiteHat, there is no job security, and no work-life balance. They keep changing daily shift timing without any prior communication. And work pressure is also intolerable. I was hired as a concierge executive but in the span of 7 months I was keep transferring in almost 7-8 departments.
