The work culture is all women so it's safe for them, even tho there are no promotions(or rare) they still hold some competitions so you can win 500 voucher once or thrice a month lol

I hate the immediate contract termination process of the company as the employee is jobless if one of performance parameter is not upto the mark! You're left in despair with no hopes to join back, also immediately making someone jobless is not ethnic, also i hate to see that if your workload is increased, you'll still get the same pay! No promotions, also if you decide to change the country, the payment would be in rupees only! No benefits in currency....Read More

It was good until i knew i had to work with the same salary even though my work is increased, worked 2 years but no promotions! It was safe environment and respectful treatment but no mercy like i got less salary just because their platform was glitching

I don't personally feel anything bad about the company. I really enjoy working here. I can choose my own time for working but if I say about taking a leave for few days then it is not that good. I can take leave only for some medical emergency otherwise not
