It's good team supports and friends even they resigned the job from wheels India.Its still continues.training given what actually employee needs.100% job security up To retirement. It's good platform for career growth. 3% min appraisal for all employees.Not that much politics.its have lot of learning.good work environment. I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
