WIL gives priority in the following order SAFETY,QUALITY, PRODUCTIVITY & COST.Good guidance throughout the career. Can communicate to top level management easily. They listen and get our feedback. Company changing more to system oriented. Good opportunity of entry level engineers to learn and do new things. companies strength is experienced employees and can expect good coordination within teams. Support functions also do their job very well....Read More

Dislikes

Difficult to maintain work life balance. Work pressure is some what high. Usually, i have to work for 11 - 13 hrs straight in a day. I do receive appreciation from my boss, but that mostly go unnoticed.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
