I have experience many competition inside the company as per the categories like carrom, drawing, cricket, Chess, Slogan writting, safety performance, kaizen achievements & many other things. Here, we experience a work and extra curricular activities inside the company. Foods in canteen is hygienic. Every employees here are well trained & skilled with the work, they trainee us the same way they have been trained. Switch on to safety is followed, Near miss capturing forms are maintained, personal protective equipments are provided and asked to be used at every places. Compensations on non-working days are held, Shift continuation are also required if there is a lose of Men power. As this is the company of Iyengar non-vegs are not allowed, every Monday & Friday worshipping gods are followed by distributing sweets and mixtures. Using cell phones are prohibited, Without safety shoes no one is allowed to enter the company campus. Clean hair cut and shaving must be done. They care for the safety of every individuals then in common. Every new trainees are trained atleast one third of the month for safety classes. We are trained to handle every situation before getting into the work. Every single day employees from safety department are visiting all over the company to check that every single person is maintaining safety procedures. Every one who is working here has a good career & who worked here has reached to the good heights. We are selected in here to be trained and they are doing 100% of there job & making a individual a successful person. Work satisfaction are so good that we can see a great change in ourselves within months. The freedom they provide makes us go ahead in our career.
