Frankly the policies are regressive and the culture is pathetic. They called people even in the lockdown to office. They make you work all 365 days

Salary is not paid on time. They hire and fire people randomly. No career growth. Salary increment is 3-4%

Way to welcome any new employee is good.

Work pressure with work un-satisfaction. Employees use to work extra hours and on weekends too. No family time and un-healthy job routine / work life balance. Efforts are not counted properly and in terms of incentive, promotions and increment you will be treated like a middle class person is treated at the time of budget session bygovt. (only promises and dreams, but in reality there is nothing it completely empty handed). HR is polite when they need their work to be done from you, else you are nothing for them. Recommend speaking to ex employees before joining this place. They even ask employees to change their LinkedIn profiles and don't respect your privacy. There is only one person in the HR with no say in the company. They deducted one day's salary from all it's employees to donate to Corona fund and they never shared any receipt or mail confirmation that the funds for donated. Almost 50 percent of the employees were not in favour of this, still they went ahead and deducted our salaries without our consent. People already working with large organisations or reputed brands with exposure to good work culture and work life balance should be careful. They will make you work like animals and there is no concept of work life balance. Be prepared to work late nights even during the weekends. The CEO invariably threatens to fire you. Very high attrition rate. They keep firing people every month. They don't have budget to run the company and will ruin your time and career. The products offered by the company stands nowhere to its competitors. The company is unethical, they put a lot of employees in PIP even who were just 4 to 5 months in the system to save themselves from severance pay for laying off employees during Corona pandemic. They will not even let you complete your notice period as they want to save the notice period compensation too. And the funny part is they can't even afford MS Office and will ask you to use pirates versions or freewares. Recommend companies to be cautious before buying their services, please ask someone with good understanding of the industry to evaluate and run trials before signing a contract.
