Salary on time.

Dislikes

Improper management, incapable principal on the chair eventually lead to exploitation of teachers and students. Once in Western school,the entire teaching staff resigned on the same day. This fact is just enough to answer all your queries.

Work Details

Pathetic with current management(Amin Sir and Bilal Sir) and specially HM (Miss Bhavna).However the actual owner( Bashir Sir, Zahid Sir, Shahid Sir) are very humble and co-operative.It would be much better had they managed the Institute by themselves.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
