As a trainee,I noticed that the workers had experienced and a good management.My incharge (Safety Officer) gives a good direction about how I works and how to control our workers. He gave me a chance to make a meeting minutes and teaches how to attend a meeting between the management and wokers of the company.Overall,the company is good for management and works for better future and to gain knowledge....Read More

Dislikes

The stipend given to a trainee is not as expected,the aged workers have slow working capacity and the offline working procedure keeps the company work speed low.there is much politics that affects the mine. There will always a problem of financial department,which creates difficulties for company and workers

Work Details

Generally,My work is to observe each and every type of work done in mine campus and to observe how the Senior workers and Assitant manager works.As a trainee,I have to assist the Assistant Manager and make a minute of every day work
