Likes

Upper level management is quiet supporting. They always encourage to work on merit and adapt new method of work style. They give salary on time. Each employee get his salary within 7-8 of every month. They trust in developing manpower .

Dislikes

The lower management is a disaster. No support from branch manager or other senior administrator of branch to anyone working here. Career growth in darkness. Appraisal is not satisfactory every year. Internal politics is very conservative and work environment is quite harassing.

Work Details

I have to look after timely plan executions given by department. Man power management plays a big role in this field. Challenges are big but we never missed our target. Last March we have set a record of despatching 9 Rake From our origin

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals.
