I did engineering because my cousin was doing it. I took up the job as a financial Officer because the pay was good and the company had good reviews. But I still don’t know what I want to make my career in. At the beginning of career, we always want to try our hands on various skills, because we don’t know what’s our calling. That’swhat I love about wemakescholars. The opportunity to switch departments, not initially, but once you do a year as an FO. I was part of the loan team for the first year and then as per the request in retention meeting, I was allowed to get into marketing and partnerships role, which has taught me very different and new skills.
