All of us were stuck here due that. even if you work properly and try to leave after one year / after bond completion, they won't let you goo that easily and you can't do anything as they have your docs. Even if you file a complaint, there is nothing that can be done coz you already signed on the docs (As i handle legal proceedings) And as usual, don't believe us HR's. Coz once your sign is done on the paper we flip so badly that even you get shocked. (sorry we are forced to behave like this). Once an employee told me " when there is no one to stand for us it becomes hard for ppl like us to survive at the workplace. if not for localities but atleast for us who come from other states to work here" if you're relocating then be prepared....Read More
