One of the best MNCs I am working with. Culture is just great. Have opportunities to showcase skills. Benefits provided are good rather great.
Dislikes
Over a period of years I have been working with, there has been significant changes and most of them for good. However, recent changes after the change of CEO, the focus has been shifted mainly on the monetary benefits. The culture of team member as the top most priority (within the org) does not look relevant. Everyone is asked to chase and save money by firing highly skilled and paid employees. The initial years were been a great journey. The current year has been a whitewash of all good memories. Even as a manager am treated like trash. I am being asked to work on my leaves, attend meetings and on my face I am being told that you are good for nothing. This experience is of the New process I moved into. The manager(s) make it obvious as if they are doing a favor. Shout on calls without trying to find out the reason behind. My manager said that being a part of such a huge team where we have so many managers you can't really rely on the data provided by them. I was like really?? If the managers can't be held responsible for the data provided then who will be?? Too much of manual work to track 100 of things. Make one sheet to maintain a particular data and 10 other to maintain the data of the first sheet. Managers manager on call treat us as we are doing nothing and ask us to take care of TMs. Attrition rate is so high due to all and even I have started to look out specially the way I have been treated in the last 8 months. Bonus has also been stopped and my salary has been reduced compared to previous year even with the same rating. How can you explain that?? Worse is that there is no one to explain. N reduction is not only with me, with most of my peers and TMs as well. My manager has been worse as I have to reach out multiple times to ask for approval of leaves. In the 7 months that he has been with me. Not a single time he approved my leaves beforehand. Had to do multiple follow-ups. Twice I worked on the days I asked for leaves to again ask. Great leaders!!...Read More

It has been good in the initial years but now there is no work life balance. Only work. I login even on my leaves to distribute work and update multiple trackers.
