Systems and prrocesses not integrated, no alignment to the annual plans prepared, big plans and zero execution capacity and capability, constant changes in every 3 months time period hence very very instable company. Work culture is too toxicand very very unprofessional. Legally if the working hours is 9 hour per day then all 4 saturdays to be off, however in Wellness Forever, there are only 2 saturdays off with 9 hrs completion everyday! Mismanagement and mishandling of talented people without proper channelisation and also fake promises and guarantees by seniors on growth There is a lot of partiality and biasness working in force and starts right from the top management. The Thing I Liked is that U Get Good Knowledge Of Team Work And Target Achieving Strategies.

1) Discount Slab/Policy Is Worst. U Get 15% Disc only if Ur Purchased Medicine values is above 3000. 2)Though Ur Pharmacist or Sales Executive U Have To do Works like Cleaning floors, Glasses , loft areas,board Cleaning, mopping,sweeping.
