The Brand was awesome to work with from every aspect when it was under P & G.The year P & G sold it to Coty .The atmosphere ,Culture ,growth & Most important of all wrok satisfaction is going down everyday.

No Professional Behavior at all,No taking importance of dedicated employee working for you.No Skill growth .

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
