Management is very supportive , taking care of all employees and their health. Providing salary instead of covid 19 business loss and assuring employees are working with government guidelines with proper personal protection equipments..

Likes

Very good and supportive teammates. Very good manager.. Work environment is like family.. We enjoy our work in tremendous pressure also.. Salary, expenses is on time.. Incentive little bit delay but everybody get it.

Dislikes

Markting support is less.. Growth is very slow.. Backend support is very poor.. Need to be more prompt with regards to competition..

Hectic, challenging but interesting.. I enjoy talking with my clients and giving them service and education to grow their business..

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
