Proper management is not there. As per recent talks..hiring of one person , made nearly 10 resources to switch their carrier from here. After knowing all this management doesn't take any action, not sure what's the reason behind this. If appraisal for manager is not given.. he will not allow to provide appraisal for other employees.All the remotes, batteries are safe in office due to manager proper security. I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. The company has lots of negative points. no proper structure and there are no seniors to guide us. People in higher positions don’t seem to care about the company or the projects.
