sometimes the company is maybe confused when they have to hear the perspective of both sides and then the people who actually are culprit get a clean chit and the people who actually want to support and work for the company get demotivated seeing this situation. Though again I will repeat sometimes not always.

Been working here for 9 months and It's been a wonderful working experience for me. I really appreciate my mentors and coworkers who have guided me throughout my tenure. Working here for the last 1yr. To be brutally honest, I never knew I'd be staying here this long. Came here as a fresher. Now I can say I am an experienced writer. Learned a ton from my Team Lead. The Manager is a gem in real. Other colleagues and seniors are very supportive. Get enough time to utilize the break time. Get 2 paid leaves in a month and comp offs. The overall ambiance is good enough. They celebrate every festival here. The office campus is very beautiful. When you are out of the office, you can feel the nature. A gaming room is there to spend the pass time. Overall enjoyed the last year here with ups and downs. The view from the Office window is amazing but I don't get to see it. As I sit in the middle of the floor. You get free coffee and tea. The office is in Ecospace.
