Webskitters has better job security then most of the other IT companies. The work culture is held high here. They don't compromise on that under any circumstances. Training opportunities is good here, but managing the work pressure along with training oneself to new skills, is quiet tiresome.

Work pressure can be handled, as there is good team support and co-operation. The work-life balance is also good, ensuring employees to have a life beyond the professional one.

Entire procedure is quite smooth in Webskitters, from work culture to salary crediting and appraisals, all are very progressive. Every team members from colleagues to leads and managers, everyone is helpful and friendly and is always there as a support. Salary structure is totally industry based and in this hard time of pandemic, Webskitters is giving every employee their whole salary that to on every first working day of the month, not a deducting a single penny, not delaying a single day. Even they are conducting employee appraisal programme which is quite appreciable in this hard time. Webskitters has always been the greatest support to its employees just like a family that sticks together in hard times and good times, to support each other to grow together. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
