Completed internship at Webkorps, i would like to express my dissatisfaction with my experience. Key issues faced: Compensation did not match what was promised at the time of recruitment. My probation period was extended without clear reasons or proper communication. Promised me employment after 6 months was not confirmed. I resigned, informed HRs and boss, but claims of absence persisted due to this i was denied an internship completion certificate. even after completing the 6 months of internship. Communication, especially from HR, was poor and sometimes non-existent. This kind of unprofessionalism and exploitation of freshers was not expected. Worst process they're having. 1. They took 1st screening call for 45mins. 2. After that senior QA took a interview for 45min. 3. The co-founder took the interview. 4. VP supposed to took an interview. But they scheduled with their project manager. 5. Project manager didn't joined the interview call. 6. 2nd day he joined and took an interview for 30mins. 7.
