Working environment is very friendly and supportive. Everybody in my department guides whenever i needed. Webit makers has relaxed and productive atmosphere. This is my ideal working environment,as I thrive working as a part of a team. Perks are decent but career growth is Quite slow but overall it is good.

the company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. As an employee to the company I found the working environment very helping and supportive. all the seniors are guiding and motivating with good team leaders. most of it work from home facility is there with reasonable working hours.

compensation is decent, but growth is slow. the work pressure is very high

Working at Webit Makers is a great experience and learning. I got to know about all the aspects of digital marketing for example SEO. Mentors are really very helpful and supportive. Work culture is also great, I had flexible timings, and my mentors are so approachable. I really learned a lot from Webit Makers

Department heads and team leaders are very helpful and supportive. The tasks assigned are simple and work hours are flexible. Leaves are granted to students in case of examination or medical emergency. The team members are also very cooperating and I'm glad to be a part of this company.

Dislikes

The only negative side I can fathom at the moment is that work pressure is slightly high, specially form a students' point of view who has to juggle with assignments and lectures.

I worked as an HR intern and my day to day task included contacting colleges and bringing in quality interns to the company. Other tasks include promoting the company among our friends and colleagues.
